  • District Program Manager: Any Medical Graduate with MPH/MHA/MBA in Health with 3 Years experience
  • Ayush Medical Officers: BAMS/BUMS with MCI Registration (Ayush UG)

  • Engineer-BioMedical: Graduate in Biomedical Engineering
  • Audiologist: Degree in Audiology
  • Staff Nurse Female: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
  • Junior Engineer-Civil: BE Civil/Diploma Civil
  • Block M & E: Any graduate with Statistics knowledge, Marathi-30, English-40
  • Accountant: B.Com with Tally, Marathi-30, English-40
  • Block Community Mobiliser: Any Graduate with Typing Skill, Marathi-30, English-40

Essential Requirements

  • All medical posts require valid MCI/Ayush Registration
  • District Program Manager requires 3 years of experience in relevant field
  • DEIC Manager and CPHC Consultant require relevant programmatic experience
  • For administrative posts, knowledge of Marathi and English is required as specified

Salary/Stipend

  • Gynaecologists (Full Time): Rs. 75,000/- per month OR On Call Basis/Event Basis:

    • LSCS procedures (with postoperative care): Rs. 6000/- per case
    • OPD/ANC/PNC Checkup: Rs. 50/- per case (maximum Rs. 2000/- per day)
    • Assist in Delivery: Rs. 1500/- per case
    • Other Major Surgery: Rs. 4000/- per case (with postoperative care)
    • Other Minor Surgery: Rs. 2000/- per case (with postoperative care)
    • Sonography (USG): Rs. 400/- per USG
    • No TADA will be given for on call/visit

  • Paediatricians (Full Time): Rs. 75,000/- per month OR On Call Basis/Event Basis:

    • LSCS attend: Rs. 3000/- per case
    • Emergency on call: Rs. 1000/- per case after duty hours
    • OPD: Rs. 50/- per case (maximum Rs. 2000/- per day)
    • No TADA will be given for on call/visit

  • Anaesthetists (Full Time): Rs. 75,000/- per month OR On Call Basis/Event Basis:

    • Major case: Rs. 6000/- per case
    • Standby: Rs. 2000/- per case
    • No TADA will be given for on call/visit

  • Radiologist (Full Time): Rs. 75,000/- per month OR On Call Basis/Event Basis:

    • USG: Rs. 400/- per case
    • X-ray: Rs. 50/- per case
    • CT scan: Rs. 400/- per case
    • No TADA will be given for on call/visit

  • Physician/Consultant Medicine: Rs. 75,000/- per month
  • ENT Surgeon: Rs. 75,000/- per month
  • Psychiatrists: Rs. 75,000/- per month
  • Medical Officer MBBS: Rs. 60,000/- per month
  • District Program Manager: Rs. 35,000/- per month
  • Ayush Medical Officers: Rs. 28,000/- per month
  • Hospital Manager: Rs. 35,000/- per month

  • CPHC Consultant: Rs. 35,000/- per month
  • Engineer-BioMedical: Rs. 25,000/- per month

  • Interview Marking Criteria (for Specialist and MBBS Posts):

    • Experience: 10 marks (Government experience: 2 marks per year, Private experience: 1 mark per year, Maximum 10 marks)

  • For Other Posts (Sr. No. 9 to 21): Applications should be submitted by courier or in person (by hand) to the District Health Office, District Council, Nandurbar between 05/12/2025 to 18/12/2025 (except Sundays) by 5:00 PM

    • Qualifying exam marks (final year): Maximum 50 marks (proportionate calculation based on percentage obtained)

General Information/Instructions

  • These are purely contractual posts for 11 months or 29 days, or for a shorter period as per requirement
  • Posts may be filled for the period 2024-25 and 2025-26, and if approval is not received, posts will automatically terminate
  • These are not state government posts but purely contractual positions
  • No service rules of government services will be applicable to these posts
  • No claim or right regarding terms and conditions, rules, etc., will be applicable
