A total of 4 Deputy Manager (Information Security) vacancies have been announced under Advertisement No. HRM/DM/2026-27/03. Reservations are applicable as per prevailing Government of India guidelines. The Bank reserves the right to cancel/restrict/curtail/enlarge the recruitment process or revise the number of vacancies without notice.

Abbreviations: UR – Unreserved, OBC (NCL) – Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer). Note: Reservations for SC/ST/EWS/PwBD as applicable per prevailing GoI guidelines. Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India as per Bank’s requirement and may be transferred to offices outside India with consent.

Exim Bank Deputy Manager Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions (qualification, experience, and age) as on the prescribed dates. Only Indian Citizens are eligible to apply. Candidates having completed their graduation/post-graduation through correspondence/part-time/open university/open learning/external/distance learning are NOT eligible. For CGPA-based grading, candidates must provide a conversion letter from the Head of Institute/Controller of Examination if the equivalent percentage is not mentioned on the marksheet/certificate.

Selection will be based on Written Test followed by Personal Interview. Candidates shortlisted based on written test performance will be called for Personal Interview. Final selection will be based on overall performance in both stages. Written Examination carries 70% weightage and Personal Interview carries 30% weightage in the final merit list. There will be no sectional cut-off in the written test. Exim Bank will analyse responses to detect patterns of similarity – if copying is inferred, candidature will be cancelled.

Stage 1 – Written Test (Professional Knowledge – Objective Type)

Candidates may be required to be at the venue for about 4 hours (including time for document verification, instructions, etc.). No request for change of centre/venue/date/session will be entertained. Examination centres: Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad (may change if sufficient candidates not available). Personal Interviews will be conducted only in Mumbai and New Delhi. Written test carries 70% weightage; Interview carries 30% weightage in final merit.

Stage 2 – Personal Interview

Candidates shortlisted on the basis of written test performance will be called for Personal Interview at Mumbai or New Delhi. Candidates must produce original degree certificates, caste, experience and other relevant certificates at the time of interview. Candidates already in service must carry a proper relieving letter/discharge certificate from their present employer at the time of joining.
