Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications – Head FPI&IC (Position 101):
- Full-time First Class Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with M.Tech/MS in Design from a recognized University/Institution.
- Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 25 years of professional experience (for Executive Director, Gr X) OR minimum 21 years (for Chief General Manager, Gr IX).
- At least 5 years of cumulative post-qualification experience in the last 12 years at a senior level in Engineering Design and Research in an organization of repute.
- Must have headed a versatile team from engineering & science background in an Engineering Design and Research company with a turnover of above ₹1,000 Cr.
- Qualifications – Asst. General Manager Maritime Business (Position 102):
- Full-time First Class Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Naval Architecture Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
- Marine Engineering qualification/Postgraduate degree/diploma in technology/management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 13 years of relevant Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Desirable: Navy personnel in the rank of Commander or equivalent from the Coast Guard.
- Qualifications – Asst. Manager Design Aerospace (Position 103):
- Full-Time, First-Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Aerospace Domain.
- Mandatory: Project Management with Design & Development skill sets; Hands-On Catia V5 experience.
- Qualifications – Manager Aerospace-Electrical (Position 104):
- Full-Time First-Class Engineering Degree in Electrical from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Aerospace Domain.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience on electrical system design & preparation of circuit diagrams.
- Qualifications – Asst. Manager/Manager Analysis Aerospace (Position 105):
- Full-Time First-Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years (Asst. Manager) OR 8 years (Manager) of professional experience in Aerospace Domain.
- Mandatory: Hypermesh & Nastran or equivalent experience is mandatory for Analysis role.
- Qualifications – Engineer/Asst. Manager Planning Aerospace (Position 106):
- Full-Time First-Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years (Engineer Gr II) OR 4 years (Asst. Manager Gr III) experience in Mechanical/Aerospace industry.
- Mandatory: Knowledge on reading Engineering drawings, machining, sheet metal forming, materials processes, BOM creation, ISO 9001/ASQMS/AS9100D; Experience on CAD, SAP, planning activities.
- Qualifications – Engineer/Asst. Manager Production Aerospace (Position 107):
- Full-Time First-Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Aerospace from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years (Engineer Gr II) OR 4 years (Asst. Manager Gr III) hands-on experience in Mechanical/Aerospace industry.
- Mandatory: Knowledge in reading Engineering drawings, machining, sheet metal forming, materials and processes, inspection methodologies, tooling; Experience in welding, machining, sheet metal, riveting, assembly, CNC programming, Heat/surface treatment, Quality Management Systems.
- Qualifications – Engineer Mechanical Commuter Rail (Position 108):
- Full-Time First-Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Rolling Stock Maintenance.
- Qualifications – Engineer Electrical Commuter Rail (Position 109):
- Full-Time First-Class Engineering Degree in Electrical from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Rolling Stock Maintenance.
- Only Indian Nationals may apply.
- Age, Qualification & Experience stipulated above should be as on 30.03.2026.
- First class is reckoned at 60% (aggregate of all Semesters/years). Qualifying marks are relaxable by 5% for SC/ST & PwD candidates. Candidates with CGPA/Credit must mandatorily provide the conversion to percentage.
- Candidates shall apply for a single position only. In case of multiple applications, only the most relevant application will be considered.

Salary / Stipend
- Grade-II Engineer: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month
- Grade-III Assistant Manager: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month
- Grade-IV Manager: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month
- Grade-VI Asst. General Manager: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 per month
- Grade-IX Chief General Manager: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 per month
- Grade-X Executive Director: ₹1,50,000 – ₹3,00,000 per month
- Additional Benefits: Variable Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances (currently 13.78% of applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System), Company Accommodation/House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, PRP etc. as per prevailing Company Rules.
Age Limit (as on 30-03-2026)
- Grade-II Engineer: Upper Age Limit – 29 Years
- Grade-III Assistant Manager: Upper Age Limit – 30 Years
- Grade-IV Manager: Upper Age Limit – 34 Years
- Grade-VI Asst. General Manager: Upper Age Limit – 42 Years
- Grade-IX Chief General Manager: Upper Age Limit – 51 Years
- Grade-X Executive Director: Upper Age Limit – 57 Years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation in upper age limit.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years relaxation in upper age limit.
- PwD candidates: Additional 10 years relaxation over and above SC/ST/OBC(NCL) relaxation. Applicable for minimum 40% disability.
- For candidates under all categories: Upper age limit can be relaxed subject to equivalent years of excess post-qualification experience. However, the maximum age with relaxation shall not exceed 57 years.

Selection Process
- Step 1 – Application Scrutiny / Shortlisting: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for assessment based on their application details, experience, qualifications and other criteria. Merely meeting the conditions of the advertisement will not automatically entitle candidates to be called for assessment.
- Step 2 – Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will be called for assessment (written test/interview/presentation as applicable). Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates and increase the qualifying percentage based on number of applications received.
- Step 3 – Pre-employment Medical Examination: Shortlisted candidates after assessment will have to undergo pre-employment medical examination. Appointment is subject to meeting the medical standard of the Company and receipt of satisfactory medical report from the Company Medical Officer.
- Step 4 – Original Document Verification: Original documents including educational certificates, experience certificates, category certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD as applicable) will be verified. Any shortcoming at the time of document verification will lead to rejection of candidature.
- Intimation regarding assessments, provisional offer/final offer will be sent only through e-mail. The list of shortlisted/selected candidates will be uploaded on the Company’s website.
