Legal (Post Code-07)
Full-time Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in Law from a Bar Council of India-recognised College/University/Institution, with experience as an Advocate/Legal Consultant/Legal Assistant/Associate (enrolled with the Bar Council) or as a Law Officer in a bank/financial institution/statutory corporation/company/Government department. Advocates must submit a Bar Council enrolment certificate and a Bar Association or Presiding Officer’s certificate confirming the practice period.
Finance & Accounts (Post Code-08)
CA Inter / ICWA Inter / Full-time 2-year MBA (Finance), with experience in Finance & Accounts in any manufacturing industry or PSU.
Experience in the cement industry is considered an added advantage for all posts. Computer knowledge is essential for all posts. Post qualification experience is reckoned from the date of issuance of the Degree/Diploma or Mark Sheet.
Important: Posts against Post Code 01 to 05 are not suitable for persons with Colour Blindness or Visually Handicapped persons.
Age Limit & Relaxation
Note: OBC candidates must submit a recently issued (not more than 1 year old as on the last date of application) Non-Creamy Layer Community Certificate in the prescribed Central Government format. EWS candidates must submit a similarly recent EWS certificate. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS follows Government of India guidelines. CCI reserves the right to relax age/experience/qualification criteria in deserving cases.
CCI Remuneration & Benefits 2026
- Medical: IPD medical facility for self only, as per CCI rules
- Leave: 20 days per year (non-encashable; can accumulate if the contract is extended)
- Provident Fund: As per EPF Act
- Travelling Allowance: As per CCI’s TA rules applicable to E-1 level employees
- Maternity Leave: As per Government of India Rules
Contract terms: Initial tenure is 1 year, extendable up to a maximum of 4 years based on performance. Either side may terminate the contract with 1 month’s notice or contractual fee in lieu. On expiry of the maximum 4-year period, the engagement stands automatically terminated. This is not a permanent appointment.
Application Fee
Important: Applications without the Demand Draft (where applicable) will be summarily rejected. The application fee, once paid, is not refunded under any circumstance.
CCI Selection Process
- Eligible candidates are shortlisted for Interview based on the declaration made in the application form. If a large number of applications are received for a post, shortlisting will additionally consider relevant experience, current CTC/monthly pay, and higher qualification based on the enclosed documents.
- Where required, a Written Test or Group Discussion may be conducted for shortlisted candidates before the Interview.
- Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents supporting their eligibility at the time of Interview; failure to do so means they will not be permitted to appear, and Travelling Allowance will not be reimbursed.
- Candidates called for interview are eligible for sleeper-class train fare (shortest route) between their declared correspondence address and the interview venue, only if the distance exceeds 50 km.
- Other things being equal, candidates with additional relevant professional qualifications and cement-industry experience will be given preference.
- Candidates shortlisted after interview must undergo a Medical Examination, with reports signed by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of a Government Hospital in CCI’s prescribed format, examined by CCI’s Medical Officer before document verification. Candidates found medically unfit will not proceed to document verification.
- Document Verification requires original documents and photocopies; candidates whose documents are not in order will be summarily rejected.
- Candidates must clear every stage (including the medical examination) successfully to be adjudged suitable for selection; the Corporation’s decision is final.

Important Conditions
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply. Selected candidates can be posted at any Unit/Office of CCI.
- Candidates working in Government/PSU should apply through proper channel, or submit a No Objection Certificate at the time of interview, or a relieving letter from their present employer upon selection.
- Mere fulfilment of eligibility criteria does not confer any right to be called for interview or appointment. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
- CCI reserves the right to cancel or amend the advertisement and/or the selection process, and the number of positions may increase or decrease depending on requirement.
- All appointments are subject to medical fitness as per company rules.
- Furnishing false or incorrect information, or suppressing material facts, makes the candidature/services liable for rejection or termination without notice, along with possible legal action.
- All disputes related to this recruitment are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
